Our Workplace Culture is built upon Coastline’s core values and guiding principals.  Each team member is taught what their obligations are to their colleagues in regards to  ‘Above the Line” behaviour and how this applies to their day to day activities.

Our people are involved in regular trainings and workshops to continually develop and nurture the team culture based on our Core Values. It is important for everyone to understand and be engaged in a positive and high performing environment that has been created this far.

Our clients often comment on the team work, and respect shown by our staff onsite to not only the other variety of people they work with, but also the buildings and environments they are working in each day.  Our clients understand that an engaged and happy workforce is a productive one, and this transposed to a very measurable deliverable and result for them.
